The machines above are Direct Tube Automation's own designs whereby the holes are punched from the outside with equal defamation allowing for counter sunk screws. Any burr are inside the tube thus eliminating any deburring operations.

The machine above left punches using mandrels. this eliminates any defamation when the tube is punched. This was produced as a fully automatic machine with automatic load and unload. The machine to the above right is our basic standard machine alllowing straight tubes to be punched with multiple holes in one operation. This is operated by a two hand start controlnallowing operators safety at all times.

The above two machines were produced as a cell to punch the component shown below.

The component above which was produced by the two machines above is a wheelbarrow chassis.
